The wedding will be held on Saturday, September 13, 2025.
Please see below for more location details, timings and adresses.

Dress code will be black-tie optional or whatever you reckon is cute!

NOTES:
We’ll hold a brief wedding ceremony at Café Klotet, located inside Katarinahuset, meaning you have to take a short walk over Katarina Gångbro as you arrive Urvädersgränd. The ceremony will be followed by a wedding toast and small canapes.

CEREMONY -
CAFÈ KLOTET
2:30PM – 4:00PM

Urvädersgränd 15A
116 46 Stockholm

NOTES:
At 4 PM, the party leaves together down to the water in Gamla Stan for a brief boat ride enjoying the late summer views of Stockholm. Drinks will be served and music will be played. It will be a good time.
Let us know if you need assistance with transportation and we’ll happily assist (there will be at least one cab). If you are not comfortable on the water, you are more than welcome to head straight to Kastellet where the dinner and party will be hosted.

BOAT TRIP THROUGH STOCKHOLM
4:15PM – 6:00PM

Skeppsbron 25,
111 30 Stockholm

NOTES:
The boat arrives at Skeppsholmen around 5.30pm, so the party will have to make a short (but scenic!) walk from the dock up to Kastellet. Please find your assigned seat as you arrive as dinner will commence at 6.30pm.
The dinner is expected to be done around 9pm, which is when you should find your way up to the dance floor. Don’t forget to grab as many drinks as possible as you go. The bar is open from now until 2.30 AM so feel free to enjoy your favourite poison.

DINNER AND PARY
AT KASTELLET
6:00PM – 03:00AM

Kastellbacken 1,
111 49 Stockholm

Other bits & bobs

  • Unless you’re a dog, like Boris, please remember to bring an extra jumper or layer. We’ll be spending some time outdoors, and late summer evenings can get quite chilly.

  • Would you like to hold a speech or do a toast? Feel free to welcome our tremendous toast masters Elin and Gusten. You will find their email down in the site footer.
Please submit your interest no later than the 30th of August.

  • We should have all your food preferences and allergies through your RSVP. However, would anything dietary change for you before our big day, please make us aware.

  • We love kids, but for this occasion we believe its better for them to stay at home. However, new borns who are still nursing are of course welcome to join.

  • Dancing shoes are not required but recommended.
